Your order will be carried out according to the stock availability. If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being sent out, we will keep in back order for you. We will endeavor to e-mail with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. U. K. opticians are welcome to settle an account strictly 30 days net, but prefer you pay by invoice when you receive or pay prepaid by BACS direct to bank. Non U. K. opticians can pay direct to bank or by pay pal but strictly pay in sterling pounds not in their currency. Bank details will be sent on request.

Shipping and handling
All frames and parts will be sent by Royal Mail signed for post and if you send your customer’ s frame with lenses for repair or any item more than £ 100. 00 value will be sent guaranteed post. Postage prices will be charge according to current price.
You are requested to send back any item you return by guaranteed post for safety.
Refunds and exchanges:
Within 14 days , Any item you purchased should be sent back for refund or exchange We may charge for the postage and the item must be unused and in perfect condition without any marking or scratches and all the spare parts included should be sent back even the plastic cover. Before send back, you should inform by phone or e-mail that you are sending back the item for refund or exchange.

Delivery schedule:
Your order normally be sent the same day if we receive the order before 4 p. m. U. K. time Monday to Friday with the exception of English public holidays. Opticians in Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive. Note that cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.

We guarantee your satisfaction . All our products carry one year guarantee against any manufacturing faults from purchase date. Folding Frames Ltd reserves the right to repair or replace the full item or any part of faulty manufacture.
We do a quality check before we send. So, any manufacturing fault should be reported within 3 working days of the item you receive.
